WHO SHALL PROVIDE THE WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED?
The legal warranty shall be provided by the store where you made your purchase, so that retailer shall answer you directly and personally about the product guarantee and in general about your end user inquiries.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF WARRANTY?
The European legal warranty is 2 years , as of product invoicing date.
WHAT DEFECTS ARE COVERED BY WARRANTY?
The legal warranty covers products’ compliance defects, that is all the original defects occurring in the course of 24 months, excluding defects come out (for instance, as a consequence of non-compliance with use instructions provided or due to accidental hits, stains, bad maintenance, etc.) Therefore, the legal warranty is not valid, in case the damage has been caused by the end users after the delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WARRANTY EXPIRES?
If the warranty expires, from a legal point of view the Manufacturer is no longer obliged to proceed with free of charge product reparation or replacement. In any case, you can refer to the retailer where you purchased the product and you will evaluate a possible solution with him.

WHAT ARE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING METHODS FOR PRODUCTS UPHOLSTERED WITH FABRIC?
WATERPROOF NABUK
MAINTENANCE Keep products away from heat sources. Avoid direct exposure to the sun or strong artificial light sources. Do not use outdoors, they are not humidity-proof.
CLEANING To remove stains completely, please follow steps below before stains dry off:
FRUIT: use a sponge dampened with cold water.
CHOCOLATE/COFFEE: blot out by using a sponge dampened with lukewarm water.
INK: follow method C.
GREASE/OIL: follow method B.
WAX/CANDLE: gently scrape wax by using a knife or palette knife. Then, follow method B or cover the spot with several layer of Paper towel and lay the hot iron on it.
MUD: gently lift off as much as dirt as possible with a palette knife. Let it dry, then vacuum. For persistent stains, use ammoniac solution as per method A.
URINE: follow method A.
VOMIT: gently lift off vomit, blot out by using a sponge and cold water and follow instructions as per method A.
A Use water-based detergents or dilute two spoons of ammoniac in 1lt of water. Blot out stain gently with a cloth dampened with this solution, by turning it so that the clean part only comes into contact with stain.
B use just non-aggressive, pure and water-free dry cleaning solvents. Dampen a cloth with that solution and follow procedure as per method A
C Blot out stain gently with a cloth dampened with alcohol, by turning it so that the clean part only comes into contact with stain

MAINTENANCE The finishing treatment of this unalterable material is carried out with Thermophysical System “KD” Water and iron cannot amend the texture of this material. Potential natural marks, imperfections, grains modification, slight difference of the finishes when compared to materials samples are not be considered defects, but typical features of real leather and hide leather that guarantee their authenticity.

Wooden tops must be exposed to uniform light, for instance opening extensions periodically or removing objects laying on the surface.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR LACQUERED WOOD – VENEER – VENEER WITH EDGE IN SOLID WOOD – SOLID WOOD For daily cleaning we suggest to dust them with a clean, dry and soft cloth. BEER, EGG, MILK, CREAM: use a mild detergent, then rinse.
BLOOD: use a mild detergent. For dried stains, repeat the treatment several times.
FRUIT JUICE, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, JAM, JELLY, SYRUP, KETCHUP, COFFEE, TEA: use a mild detergent. Treat colored stains with lemon juice, then rinse.
