We consider workplace safety to be of utmost importance and collaborate with selected suppliers sensitive to the issue of sustainability. We are committed to maintaining a pleasant work environment, respecting those who work with us and offering them opportunities for further training and development. We support local initiatives such as sports; a love for our city and passion for sport are two converging qualities of our company, which celebrates the extraordinary values of football and volleyball: fairness, loyalty, and a team spirit. Camerano Calcio was officially nominated Scuola Calcio Élite by the FIGC, later also becoming a football team integrated with the project for the inclusion of children with Down Syndrome. Accademia Volley Ancona is the sole point of reference for Ancona men’s volleyball. We seek to optimise logistics, the use of energy resources and waste disposal with a view to sustainable growth. The precious walnut comes from certified areas of South America with controlled reforestation, managed in accordance with strict environmental and social standards. This means that each time a tree is cut to produce Bontempi Casa products, just as many are planted. The processes and finishes are carried out using treatments without the emission of substances harmful to man and the environment, in compliance with national and international environmental legislation. The company in fact uses:

• non-polluting paints free of heavy metals and solvents classified in class I and class II pursuant to Presidential Decree 203/88;
• processes and finishes carried out using treatments without the emission of substances harmful to man and the environment. (Law n.126, 10th April 1991 and Decree n.101, 8th February 1997)
• glass, fabrics, leathers, wood, super recyclable tops;
• particleboard panels classified EPF-S E0.5, that is, with minimum formaldehyde content and emissions;
• wood from forests managed according to strict national and international environmental and social standards.
