Nach seinem Abschluss am Istituto d ‚Arte di Cant\u00f9 setzte Molteni seine technische Ausbildung im Bereich Industriedesign in der Stadt Mailand fort. Von Anfang an haben die kontinuierliche Forschung und das gro\u00dfe Interesse an innovativen Materialien, seine Kreativit\u00e4t bis ins Detail beschrieben und bald zeichnete sich er sich in der Gestaltung von St\u00fchlen, Tischen und Accessoires f\u00fcr das Haus und f\u00fcr die R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr das Contracting aus. Sein besonderes Interesse f\u00fcr den ergonomischen Aspekt seiner Projekte und f\u00fcr die wandelbaren Systeme sind zwei der Besonderheiten, die seine Kollektionen auszeichnen, die auf den wichtigsten Einrichtungsmessen in Italien und Europa ausgestellt sind. Seine Aufmerksamkeit konzentriert sich auch auf die Einrichtung des \u00f6ffentlichen und privaten Raums, mit Projekte f\u00fcr die Innenr\u00e4ume von Banken, Hotels und Gesch\u00e4ften.
